Mr. Hijazi, was determined to find an interior designer who truly understood the challenges of his apartment. Several designers had visited the site, but none had addressed the core issues—civil works related to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Disappointed, Mr. Hamza kept searching until they reach to us. From our very first meeting on-site, we focused on providing solutions for every problem we observed, explaining how each issue needed to be resolved before we could even think about design. This practical approach resonated with the client, and he decided to trust us with the project.
Accordingly, we tackled all the civil works challenges, laying a solid foundation for the extraordinary design that followed. The transformation was remarkable. We replaced the balcony with an elegant living room, complemented by beautiful chimney and a remarkable, efficient lighting distribution. One of the biggest challenges was incorporating the existing Versace furniture, which the client had purchased before the design process began. We made it our core strategy, seamlessly integrating it into the overall design.
In the bathroom, we created a magical oriental fusion, while the kitchen became a centerpiece with a stylish bar connected to the kitchen top, complete with chairs facing a recessed TV. We even included a hidden door leading to the living area, adding a touch of intrigue. The library was designed with slim steel shelves and indirect lighting, aligning perfectly with the chimney to create an elegant, luxurious feel. Finally, the entrance made a bold statement with a ceiling embedded with a real tree solid base, offering a glamorous and high-end welcome to the apartment.
This project was a true collaboration, built on trust and a shared vision, resulting in a space that exceeded all expectations.
