Mr. Jomaa, was facing a unique challenge: how to incorporate four bedrooms which include a master one, with two bathrooms, maid room, and washing area into the basement of his duplex residence. After numerous attempts with other interior designers, he remained unsatisfied—until he reached out to us. We thrive on challenges that push our creativity to the limit, and this project was no exception.
When we presented our concept, the client was thrilled. Each of the four bedrooms not only accommodated all the necessary furniture but also maintained functionality and a sense of spaciousness. We even created a welcoming entrance for these bedrooms, complete with a maid’s room, blending convenience with style.
Impressed with our approach, the client entrusted us with the entire duplex project. We meticulously handled all aspects by building the interior from scratch, which include all civil works, wood work, furniture, design elements and many more.
The transformation of the balcony into a stunning terrace was a highlight, offering a panoramic view of nature and a sky view through a glass ceiling that bathed the space in natural light.
The design of the wooden wall cladding cleverly concealed two hidden doors—one leading to the kitchen and the other to a guest WC. This WC became a statement piece, finished in luxurious black marble with gold and white veins, featuring a decorative niche softly lit with indirect lighting. The kitchen was another masterpiece, tailored to fit the space precisely, complete with all the necessary accessories and exceptional functionality.
The staircase became a visual delight, with a beautifully illuminated wall, finished in stucco paint, guiding the family downstairs to their rooms—a warm, elegant goodnight. The stairs themselves were sleek, with glass and a minimalist stainless steel handrail, creating an air of sophistication.
The children’s rooms were designed to be vibrant and spacious, providing a calming, colorful and playful environment. The guest room offered a warm welcome, while the master bedroom was nothing short of a masterpiece, with every detail thoughtfully designed—from the closet handles to the desk—each element telling a story of creativity and meticulous craftsmanship.
This Duplex residence became a perfect blend of luxury, functionality, and personalized design, a true reflection of our commitment to excellence.
